The system or structure's original design, CAD drawings, and static calculations are re-simulated against national and international standards (ISO, EN, ASTM) to check for an engineering flaw at the design stage.
Maintenance, Installation, and User Protocol Analysis
The system's historical maintenance logs, SCADA/automation records, and installation manuals are reviewed to chronologically list operator errors, neglected periodic maintenance, or unauthorized interventions, and to determine each party's share of fault.
